To do this we offer you transport from airport at Entebbe, Uganda, accommodation in your own large studio apartment with full board available. It is a “must see” to sit outside the apartment and watch the sunset over the famous Rwenzori Mountains, resting on the Equator yet sometimes snow-capped at 15,000 feet.

This is a new hotel, completed Summer 2008. It is tiled throughout - even the rooftop is tiled, so meals or sunbathing can enjoyed in the gentle breeze while appreciating exhilarating views of mountains and plains. The family rooms are self-contained with microwaves, toasters etc. and DVD combi TV’s. One 15-foot wall is of glass with entrance to the 15ft square balcony that can be used for meals or relaxing.

The restaurant takes up to 100. It has a 60-foot glass wall facing the view. There is a great selection of international meals, a la carte served by our friendly staff. Large screen TV or evening films on 10 ft screen provide entertainment. Telephone airtime is on sale and phones to rent. Conferences can be accommodated. Even a thousand people if the grounds are used when sunshine. Meals can be available.

The grounds are terraced with lawns and flowers. Tables, chairs and umbrellas encourage you to relax, soak up the sunshine, it’s always summer here on the equator but at 3,000 feet the temperature varies between 20 and 30 degrees, and the waiters are ready for you!

And you must do shopping before going home! Prices are very reasonable. Original paintings for £5 up, shirts, dresses etc just a few pounds, carvings and chairs must be seen. There is a host of crafts available in the town and villages and the batiks are hand painted and so easy to pack. Visit the African village in Kampala before leaving for your flight.
